12Spikk en tryllestav
Opplev spikkemagi på Verdens Kuleste Dag! Oslo kulturskole viser barna hvordan man kan spikke sin egen, unike tryllestav. Barna velger om all barken skal spikkes av eller om deler av den skal beholdes, skaft kan formes etter ønske, og tryllestaven kan pusses og kolroses. Oslo kulturskole stiller med trepinner - men hvis barna har funnet en favorittpinne fra før, kan man ta den med og forvandle til en tryllestav. Tryllestaver spikkes på området som heter Grusen.
Experience carving magic at Verdens Kuleste Dag! Oslo School of the Arts will show children how to whittle their own unique magic wand. Children decide whether to remove all the bark or leave some on; the handle can be shaped as they wish, and the wand can be sanded and decorated with kolrosing. The school provides sticks, but if children have already found a favourite branch they can bring it along to transform it into a magic wand. Wands are whittled in the Grusen area.

Oslo kulturskole er en kommunal skole for mennesker i alle aldre, men med hovedfokus på barn og unge i aldersgruppen 0-18 år. De underviser i 220 forskjellige fag innen musikk, dans, teater, visuell kunst og gaming, og undervisningen foregår på 90 steder i Oslo. I tillegg arrangerer Oslo kulturskole konserter, forestillinger, ustillinger og aktiviteter. Kulturskolen er også en ressurs for undervisning av kunstfag i barnehager, aktivitetsskoler og grunnskoler.
